Welcome to LifeTrends.app. Please review the following terms and conditions before using our services.

1. Use of Service

   By using our system, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any additional terms that may apply to specific features. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

   • We condier this a consumer product. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all data access under your account.

2. Account Ownership and Data Privacy

   You own your account and all the data you track with LifeTrends.app. You have the ability to manage PINs that you can share with others if desired.

   • You can request that your account and all associated data be deleted ("to be forgotten") at any time.
   • We do not store any patient identifying information. Because of this, HIPAA regulations are not applicable.
   • Email (Optional): Providing your email is optional and is used only for password resets or notifications. Since email may be considered patient identifying information, if privacy is a concern in unusual circumstances like a data breach, consider using an alternate email address to remain anonymous.
   • Sex and ZIP Code (Optional): These fields are optional and are collected only for analytics purposes.

3. Consent to Contact

   By using LifeTrends.app, you consent to us contacting you using the information provided. Such communication is strictly for official business purposes only.

4. Intellectual Property

   The system, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Third-Party Content

   The system may include content provided by third parties. We do not control or endorse such content and make no warranties regarding its accuracy or reliability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

   LifeTrends.app is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties. We do not guarantee the system will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure from viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

   We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our system.

8. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of LifeTrends.app or any violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

   These terms shall be governed by the laws of Minnesota without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the system implies your acceptance of the modified terms.
